Questions, answered
Is there a per-member fee?＋
No. The core plan is a flat CHF 50 per month, per gym — climbers create accounts and use the app for free, and visitors don’t even need an account to browse and grade.
How do the add-on modules work?＋
Branding (CHF 5/mo), the spray wall (CHF 10/mo) and competitions (CHF 10/mo) are optional modules — switch them on per gym, billed monthly, and turn them off anytime. Want all three? The All-Access bundle is CHF 20/mo, saving CHF 5. Everything else is in the flat CHF 50.
What does maintenance include?＋
Hosting, security updates, monitoring, automatic daily backups and every new core feature — all bundled into the monthly fee at no extra cost.
Do new features cost extra?＋
We ship improvements to the core platform regularly at no extra charge. Bigger new modules — like rope climbing and the full training module — may be offered as optional add-ons, so you only pay for what your gym uses.
How does pricing work for several gyms?＋

Which currency, and is VAT included?＋
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and quoted exclusive of VAT. Billing is monthly, in advance.
